Caring for St. Bernard
BY CURING HUNGER.

Located on the corner of St. Claude and Friscoville, we exist for the benefit of the great community of St. Bernard. Our desire is to eliminate hunger in our community by acquiring and distributing food to those who seek aid. We place great emphasis on serving our clients with dignity and respect, seen both in the food we serve and in the setting in which it is served.

Our "Why".

At the Community Center of St. Bernard, our mission is to eliminate food insecurity in our Parish by providing consistent access to nutritious meals and essential resources. We believe no one should go hungry, and we work tirelessly to support families and individuals in need. Through community partnerships, food distributions, and outreach programs, we’re building a stronger, healthier St. Bernard. Together, we’re creating a future where everyone has a seat at the table.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

Monetary donations play a crucial role in our fight against food insecurity in St. Bernard Parish. With the rising cost of food and the need to maintain essential operations like refrigeration, transportation, and staffing, financial support helps us stretch our resources further and serve more families. Your contribution allows us to purchase fresh, nutritious food and keep our programs running smoothly. Every dollar makes a difference in building a stronger, healthier community.
